Here's how it works:

You'll need a high-speed internet connection (preferably with ethernet), a Chrome browser, and an audio headset/microphone (Apple headphones/mics may also work). Once your application is approved, you'll undergo a training program to learn how to navigate the reservation system and assist callers in booking hotels.

Whenever you sign in (available 24/7), you'll receive calls from customers looking to make hotel reservations. There's no need for a phone, as calls are delivered through the Chrome browser via your internet connection and headset.

If you accept a call and it results in a booking, you'll earn a commission based on the booking profit after the guest checks out. Payments are made twice a month via check or direct deposit. As an independent Certified Travel Planner, no benefits are provided.

The more successful your bookings and the higher your service ratings, the more calls you'll receive. Depending on your overall performance, you can expect to earn between $10-$30 USD per hour, with actual amounts varying based on sales performance and call demand when you sign in.
